my terms are:

  1. if you want me to be on your label, the answer is no. the only way i will participate in someone else's label is if they are a friend and i've asked them if i can join. i prefer independence. if you want to ask about manufacturing and distributing merch (physical media and everything else) then YES do email me and we can arrange something
  2. if you want to collaborate, the answer is also no. i only collaborate with friends rarely. i do not have the energy to work with others, especially since i use a tracker and the majority of other modern producers use DAWs. that being said, friends are welcome to ask for vocals from me any time.
  3. if you want to use my music in a dj set of any kind (whether it be one you post to youtube, a set at a rave, you can or asking if you can play it at a club or whatever) the answer will always be yes. let the people hear the tunes
  4. no i cannot dj because i don't know how, don't have the equipment, and i'm 17 so i can't travel to your destination

if you want to email me asking about how you can use my music, read the following before going through with it:

DO

  1. pirate my music
  2. upload my music to piracy sites (or share on p2p services)
  3. download it for free
  4. do whatever you wish with it unless specified otherwise:

DON'T

  1. use my music for anything political (it's also very distasteful depending on the topic)
  2. upload my music to stores like spotify, itunes, pandora, etc. (i do have a spotify profile with very few releases on it though.) no distributor is allowed to have my music unless i give it to them
  3. upload my music to any copyright database (i guess this is the same rule as above? just don't make money off of my work and let people have fun without content-id) same for any work produced using any samples or resources i may make public in the future
  4. use any of my work for ai training. anything i make, not just music, is NOT allowed to be used to train ai. don't put it though ai and ask to change or turn it into something else either
  5. claim my work as your own, however sampling is ok. when sampling credit is not required and i do not care whether or not you credit
