THIS AGREEMENT IS NON-NEGOTIABLE. BY USING ANY WORK CREATED BY FSM ASSOCIATED ENTITIES YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS.

if you use any stems or samples from STST (stylr tech sample team) packs in your own music, do not submit the work to any streaming service/database. any songs with stems that are from my music or samples from STST sample packs on streaming services/copyright databases will be DMCA'd. however, if you take a sample from any stem and heavily modify it, the sample will not be detectable and thus this agreement does not apply.
do not redistribute for free or resell. stems belong to STST and are strictly liscensed for use in music and other audio projects.
work created using STST resources are not to be used in any political content. i will not negotiate with anyone on this.
STST and associated groups with FSM are not responsible for hearing loss, hardware damage, getting arrested for blasting your shit too loud, etc that may be caused by your dumbass using STST work.
work using STST resources and music are strictly forbidden from being used in any sort of project or system relating to the blockchain or AI (private or not).
STST resources are only to be used independent works.
credit is not needed, but is great for people wishing to find resources.
lastly, like those before ST, STST reccomends that you create a similar licsence for your creations.
