aside from the cool ass appearance of the unicorn, the uv n-7 is one of the best unicorns in robot unicorn attack 2. i'm a uv n-7 main, and aside from a brief stint of using the solar chariot when i was 11-12, the uv n-7 is what i heh always play as. the uv n-7 spec wise is up there with the void maker. i will discuss the uv n-7 and its accessories. i will compare it with the void maker as they are the two unicorns with the best balance of good specs.
goes by speed, how many times they can jump in the air, how long they dash, and how fast they accelerate, assuming you are using them with their correct accessories that match. however they are in order of speed
when using the mane meant to go with the uv n-7 (uv m-7,) you can jump four times in the air. the tentacles of horror (the void maker mane) allow you six.
the wings in this game are really annoying, pro players don't need the wings and they only make gameplay annoying. i will not be reviewing the wings
the horn (uv h-7) allows you to dash for a long length. the void piercer does as well.
both the uv g-7 and the void rush accelerate fast.
you may also point out that the uv n-7 and the void maker are rivaled in jumping by the celestial resonator (jumping in the air seven times for longer,) wrath mare (six times for longer,) and solar chariot (six times for longer.) there's also four other unicorns that run at a fast pace, and one other unicorn that dashes for a long length. but the thing is, we're ranking by the perfect balance of specs. though i do have the bias of valuing how fast a unicorn may accelerate and how fast they may run partly for challenge and so i may get a higher score faster. just because other unicorns jump more, doesn't mean they're better. you have to look at other features and think about what you need and your goals for a run. i have not mentioned the extra few accessories that don't match any unicorns. i don't feel like it
long dashing matters for me because it can function as a save, if i'm out of jumps i can dash for a longer distance and begin jumping again. even if i'm not out of air jumps, i still dash. dashing is good for squeezing through small spaces too. basically, a catch all for safety reasons. great to guarantee safety against giants (or "star monsters" as younger me dubbed them.)
now, what about mixing and matching? mix any unicorn with a fast pace, any mane with the most jumps, longest dash, and fastest acceleration should do for me. the last thing i'd have to worry about is which unicorn looks the coolest. feel free to consult the list i made.
as i've briefly mentioned, think about what your goals for your run are. whether you want to complete a quest, or merely get a high score like me, always pick the best parts for your game. i know i can complete quests and goals as i wish with my main man anyways, so i don't swap out that much.
edit: you're really only gonna need more than two air jumps, so the uv n-7 being rated one of the best with only four jumps isn't a mistake. the bar for being a good unicorn for jumping is low
